Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally. Availability may vary by destination.

Production time

Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days before shipment. Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional quality checks.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $8 per order. The shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery

After production, estimated delivery is 4–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays, particularly for international orders.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address. We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund when an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted at checkout.

Delivery problems

If your package appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has another delivery problem, email briton@nukevail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the tracking information and available options.

International orders

International shipments may be delayed by customs. Any import taxes, duties, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are separate from the $8 shipping charge and may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.
